My name is Donald Dunn. I have dedicated myself to health and fitness for over 20 years. If you allow me to I can and I will help you on your quest to get into shape and easy weight loss.

How are we going to get fit and lose that unwanted weight? By first learning how to eat better. Our food is our fuel and our building blocks for health. We will also learn about the basics of exercise, find what interests you and build upon your goals.

It is a fact that obesity or being over weight is the most common risk factor in diseases such as heart disease and diabetes. We can better protect ourselves by losing that unwanted fat. Then you can be an example for others. Share the information of fitness with others.

My experience includes;

  • Twenty years of military service. I am retired from the U.S. Navy and spent majority of my career with the U.S.M.C.

  • I have an extensive background in medicine. I was an Independent Duty Hospital Corpsman.

  • I have coached a multitude of Little League sporting teams to Championships.

  • I am a Certified Fitness Trainer.

  • I presently coach Speed Camps and Strength Training Camps.

  • I presently speak at local groups, churches and clubs, teaching about eating right and weight loss.

    Have you ever said to yourself, “if I were in better shape I would enjoy life so much more”?

    A while back I bumped into a fellow Shipmate who had retired from the Navy around the same time I did. This means that he was about the same age as I am.

    I asked him how he was and what he was doing since retirement. He confided in me that he had recently had a heart attack and had double by pass surgery.

    What a shocker! Here I was, probably in the best shape of my life. My health was the evidence of my diet and fitness plan. My friend on the other hand was like many Americans, he just did not know how to be healthy.

    That is why I started this website.

    MAKE A DECISION

    To accomplish your goals you have to learn about the three main elements for your body to change. Those elements are diet, resistance training and aerobic training. All three of these elements are important for the "big picture" of losing weight, tonement or building of muscle, and good health.

    You also will learn about building your body's core which is made of the abdominal muscles. We all want the washboard Abs right? Well there are secrets to the washboard look of the abdominal muscles.

    I would like to help you attain your goals for a better quality of life and a healthier lifestyle. I am 41 years old and you will often hear me refer to my age as only a number. (41 IS ONLY A NUMBER) There is no reason that you have to feel out of shape or old at any age. I don't feel old and I use my fitness to enjoy life.
