How to develop a big chest

Having a big chest can intimidate others. When you have developed muscles in your upper torso it speaks loudly of the hard work you have put in at the gym.

Lifting weights for your pectorals, deltoids, and triceps can show great results very quickly. These exercises are relatively easy but some are more dangerous for injury.

For example:

1. The bench press is a widely known exercise to develope this muscle group. You should always have a "spotter" when performing this exercise. A "spotter" is your lifting partner who can help you if you have problems one of your last repetitions while performing this exercise.

2. The dumb bell fly has many forms that can be adopted. It can be performed on a flat bench or in the inclined position. Each of these positions work the muscle groups in a little different way which pays big dividends.

3. Do not forget the push up. Many do not add this simple exercise to their routine.

If you follow these few exercises you will develop the chest you are looking for. Many of these exercises can be performed with free weights or machines.
