I understand that you did not wake up one morning and found yourself obese. It may have taken you a long time to get to where you are. You and I have a goal to be successful in losing that weight and becoming fit. We know that obesity is unhealthy.

Taking into consideration that you may be 50 pounds over weight, it would not be healthy to deplete your nutritional needs and start an extensive exercise program. For example if you were to get up one morning and say "I am going to run 5 miles at a 7 minute pace" odds are you will not be able to complete that run.
