How to build massive Forearms
To build massive forearms consider that location of this muscle group. Weights will be involved but working on the ability to grip is important.
Now I am not going to spend a lot of time on grip other than giving you some things to consider and some exercises.
First how do most people work on grip? Many work on this by working the forearm with the plastic "Hand squeezers" that are commonly found in any sporting store.
This device does work somewhat but does little for the fingers. Also you may find that after alot of use pain may develop like carpal tunnel. That is because the hand is not normally shaped for that motion. A more normal shape to squeeze is a tennis ball and you can find these relatively cheap in the same sporting store.
Another exercise is the pullup. The fatter the bar, the more it works the forearm.
Anther exercise using weights is the Hammer curl. Notice how I hold the dunb bells.
Of course the most known wrist curl. Do not give up form for amount of weight. If you feel pain decrease the weight.
If you follow these few exercises and concentrate on form you will have massive forearms.
